The RTD “ready to drink” category has grown significantly in the US market. Canned cocktails remain one of the fastest-growing categories of alcoholic beverages, and it appears that the trend of explosive growth doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. That’s why we have developed a supporting line of products for our Vodkas that will be available to purchase online, in the supermarkets, and convince stores – The Amnisia® Ultra-Premium Hard Seltzers and Amnisia® Ultra-Premium Craft Cocktails. Our Ready to Drink products contain actual Amnisia® Vodka and only natural ingredients. Our products are different from the competition because our beverages are not malt-based, like many competitors’ products, which are closer to a beer than an actual cocktail.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Grains & Spirit base
Amnisia®’s most crucial ingredient is the highest quality, carefully selected Polish Grains. Our Certified Organic Rye and Wheat are sourced from one local agricultural partner to ensure 100% traceability. After a thorough inspection, the grains are accepted to our distillery – where they go through a slow and complex fermentation process before being distilled a minimum of six times. During this process, we create the base of our perfectly pure spirits.

Blending with artesian well purified iced water
Next, the distilled spirit is blended with our frozen crystalline water in the form of ice cubes. Our unique process starts with water being drawn from a natural artesian well located on the grounds of our distillery. Then, the water is filtered and purified with a Reverse Osmosis (RO) purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules, and larger particles. In the last step of this extraordinary process, we freeze the water into ice cubes, which are finally blended with our distilled base, and the spirit rests for a minimum of 48 hours.

Purification / Filtration
The next step is purification. The spirit is filtered a total of nine times:
three times through platinum to begin the process of impurities removal,
then three filtrations through active charcoal, and finally three times through
cotton to optimize the filtered, perfectly pure spirit.

Resting & Oxygenation
Finally, our six times distilled, and nine times filtered spirit is transferred
to stainless steel open tanks and oxygen saturated for 72 hours, then placed
in a hermetically sealed chamber to finalize the resting and oxygenation process.

Our vodkas are made in small batches and distilled at a family-owned distillery with almost half a century of experience and vodka-making traditions. The production of Amnisia® Vodka is carefully regulated by the Polish Vodka Association, which is known for having some of the strictest legal regulations in the world.

Jakub has created, managed, and built unique brands within the functional beverage industry with an extensive track record of product development. His list of long-term partnerships includes elite athletes, celebrities, and influencers that have helped launch a robust network of lucrative relationships and support. From marketing and product launches to sales and strategy, Jakub’s innate ability to develop and manage multiple high-performance teams has delivered exceptional financial outcomes for the business and brands he’s been a part of in the past. As a visionary leader and born entrepreneur, Jakub inspires confidence, builds community, and has a unique ability to evoke the best from others and cultivate a shared belief in the power of his vision.
We are working with creative, marketing, and product development teams and distribution specialists who have worked with Jakub for the last five years, developing the Amnisia® Brand, our spectacular products collection, and building our comprehensive distribution and operations plan. We are now in the process of bringing on the best management, marketing, sales, and distribution personnel, interviewing carefully selected talents. After conducting over 80 interviews, the candidates loved the concept and the strategy and showed immediate excitement about the possibility of joining our company. By the end of March 2023, we expect to interview one hundred + candidates and select the top 20% for our initial sales team. We want each employee to have three or more years of experience working for the leading and most prominent distribution industry companies, with local market connections, excellent relationships, and proven sales pathways. We intend to hire only the best talent for each position and start the process right before our market launch planned for April / May. The company has also selected the final candidates for the VP of Sales executive position and has begun negotiations. Both candidates are spirit industry veterans with over 15 years of nationwide experience managing and overseeing sales teams distributing the biggest brands in the industry.

On top of Brand Ambassadors and Influencer campaigns, we are in the process of securing the partnership with an owner ambassador but have not yet finalized the deal. Launch Campaign Strategy
In the first initial – launch campaign, we will be advertising our products only, as it is a key to creating a base of brand awareness in this beginning stage of our brand introduction. We will be using our Brand slogans to develop simple, sexy, and attractive messages tailored to different mediums and occasions. We will concentrate our efforts on the four most essential channels; Internet/Social Media campaigns, outdoor advertisement, PR/Events, and point of sales exposition. As one of our first activation events, we are planning a charity event on which we will auction one hundred unique 1 of 1 Amnisia® bottle painted by recognized and most promising artists. All the net proceeds from the auction will go to support bartenders all around the state of Florida. It’s going to be an excellent introduction PR as well as a warm hello from the Amnisia® team to all the bartenders in these challenging times. We chose bartenders, as they are the gatekeepers between brands and the customers.
Marketing Expansion
We have a launch plan to be used on a city-by-city basis, which will consist of a combination of media and promotions to maximize the penetration of our brand in each market. Our first markets, South Florida and California, will be the focal point of our marketing activities. We want to keep control and measure our strategies in South Florida and California, our core markets, before they are transferred to other new markets in the coming years while our distribution grows.
